Included in Your Annual Membership Fee Are the Following Benefits:
- Subscription to The Guilded Newsletter, the Guild’s monthly newsletter
- Opportunity to submit writings for publication in The Guilded Pen, the Guild’s annual anthology
- Monthly Guild meetings, featuring speakers on topics relevant to writers and editors
- Monthly marketing support meetings, featuring substantive information on some aspect of marketing your writing followed by group discussion
- Reduced fees for periodic Guild-sponsored workshops
- Opportunity to participate in the Manuscript Review Program where members may submit up to 30 pages of a novel, short fiction or memoir for evaluation/critique by the Guild’s Recommendation Committee. An SDWEG rating is assigned which can be used when contacting agents, editors, and publishers. (nominal fee is charged)
